The Genesis project continues to make progress towards a new house. The Alumni Corp. Tendered an offer to the Theta Chi Alumni Corp. To purchase all of the property they own on Riverside. It includes the Sigma Tau Gamma house, the property beside it and the three lots behind it on Beechwood Avenue. The purchase is conditioned upon the satisfactory sale of our existing property to BSU on or before 10/1/05. Upon completion, the fundraising from the over 1000 Indiana Gamma alumni will move forward quickly so a new house can be completed within 12-18 months. Oz Nelson ‘59 is chairing the fund raising campaign.
